About ExamKit

ExamKit is a small set of free tools for one job: getting your photo, signature and documents into the exact format an Indian exam or recruitment form asks for.

Most rejected uploads are not about the photo itself. They are about a file that is 52 KB when the limit is 50, a signature in the wrong shape, or a PDF that is a little too big. The tools here do the fiddly part, and the exam pages show the rules from each official notice with a link to the source.

Privacy

Your files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded or stored on any server — the work happens inside your browser.

आपकी फ़ाइलें आपके डिवाइस पर ही रहती हैं। कुछ भी अपलोड नहीं होता।

How you can check this yourself

On a computer, open your browser’s developer tools (F12), go to the Network tab, and then use any tool. You will see the page’s own files load, but no request that sends your file anywhere.

The site also tells the browser to enforce this. Every page carries a Content Security Policy, a rule the browser itself follows. Ours allows the page to load code only from this website and to connect only to this website, and it blocks form submissions. So even a mistake in our code could not send your file to another server.

Disclaimer

ExamKit is not affiliated with SSC, RRB, IBPS, SBI, UPSC, NTA, India Post or any government body. We copy the upload rules from official notices for convenience and link to them. Rules can change; always check the official notice. We are not responsible for rejected applications.

Where the rules come from

Each exam page lists its official documents with links. We read the notices themselves (not news or coaching sites), note the page or paragraph, and record the date we last checked. The full list is on the exam rules page.

Software used

The PDF size reducer uses pdf.js (version 4.10.38, Apache License 2.0) by Mozilla to read PDF pages. It is stored on this site, not loaded from another server. Everything else — the cropper, the PDF writer and the size search — is our own code.
