Signature, thumb impression and declaration resizer
Photograph your signature, thumb impression or handwritten declaration on white paper. The tool trims the margins, turns grey or shadowed paper white, darkens faint ink, and saves it at the exact size and KB range the form wants.
Your files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded or stored on any server — the work happens inside your browser.
आपकी फ़ाइलें आपके डिवाइस पर ही रहती हैं। कुछ भी अपलोड नहीं होता।
1. What are you resizing?
Thumb impression: press your thumb on a black or blue ink pad, then firmly on plain white paper. Photograph it in daylight from straight above. If the notice asks for the left thumb and you do not have one, it lists what to use instead.
Change size or KB limits
You changed a value, so the settings are now Custom.
In cm, the pixel size is worked out from the DPI (200 if empty). When a DPI is set, it is also written into the file.
2. Choose the image
3. Clean up and resize
Drag to move. Zoom with the slider, the mouse wheel or a pinch.
Preview at the final pixel size
The ink is fitted inside the box with white space around it, so nothing is cut off.
How to sign for an exam form
- Sign on plain white paper with a black ink pen (some notices also allow blue). Use your normal running signature; IBPS, SBI and RRB say it must not be in capital letters.
- Photograph it in daylight from straight above, with the paper filling most of the picture and no shadow of your phone on it.
- UPSC Civil Services asks for three signatures, one below the other, in a single image.
- The signature you upload must match the one you sign at the exam.
What the clean-up does — and does not do
The tool estimates the paper colour across the picture, so a shadow or grey paper becomes pure white, and the ink is made a little darker. Blue ink stays blue unless you choose grayscale. It only changes brightness and contrast and trims empty margins; it never draws, adds or removes strokes, and it does not create a signature or handwriting.
Very clean signatures can be smaller than a minimum such as 10 KB even at the best quality. The tool then makes the picture larger where the notice allows (at most twice the width and height). If that is not enough, it offers to add empty data inside the file instead, at the pixel size from the notice — the picture stays exactly the same.
Handwritten declaration
IBPS and SBI ask for a declaration in your own handwriting, in English, not in capital letters. Choose your exam on the Declaration tab to see the exact wording to copy. The wording differs between IBPS, SBI PO and SBI Clerk.
